About this game

Black Hole Solitaire is a single-player card game that is a variation of the classic Solitaire game but with unique, space-themed rules and mechanics. The goal is to clear all cards from the tableau by strategically moving them into a central "black hole," using specific rules that make the game feel fresh and challenging. Gameplay Mechanics: Card Layout: The game starts with a deck of 52 cards arranged in a series of tableau columns. The layout is often similar to traditional Solitaire, with cards stacked in columns. Theres a central Black Hole (or foundation) area where cards need to be moved and organized. Card Movement: Cards are arranged in descending order and alternating colors, just like in Klondike Solitaire, meaning red cards must be placed on black cards and vice versa. You move cards from one column to another following this rule until you can transfer cards to the Black Hole, which is the main place to store completed sequences. The Black Hole: The Black Hole acts as the foundation or storage area for the cards you’re moving. You move cards or sequences of cards into the Black Hole in descending order from King to Ace, maintaining the alternating color pattern. Tableau & Empty Spaces: If you manage to clear an entire column, the empty space can be filled with any card from the deck or a suitable card from the tableau. The tableau is built and organized until the cards can be moved into the Black Hole. Draw Pile: There may be a draw pile (often placed aside) from which you can draw cards to help complete the tableau. The draw pile may have a limited number of draws, and once its empty, no more cards can be drawn. Winning the Game: You win when all cards are moved into the Black Hole, successfully completing the game. As with other Solitaire games, this requires careful planning and sequencing to ensure you can access and move the cards efficiently.
