About this game

Total Carnage is a multidirectional twin-stick shooting game with a futuristic, sci-fi, parody type war theme. It feels a little like Smash TV, probably because the same team behind that game later made this one. Unlike Smash TV which was a room-based shooter, this one scrolls and your must try to kill all the enemies and rescue the hostages. You can shoot and move in different directions simultaneously, and the graphics and sounds are great, although the framerate is a bit low. This demo version gives you a taste of what the full game is like, complete with voices in the (unskippable) story sequence.
