About this game

Silmar is a roguelike RPG using tiled graphics. There are a large number of character classes to choose from, including werewolf, minotaur, ninja, pixie, gymnast, and baseball player, among others! Once you start the game, youll find that its a simplified version of more well known roguelikes such as Nethack. Pressing "H" shows you the limited list of controls. The game does have decent graphics for a roguelike game, and for players who dont want to have to learn dozens of hotkeys to play a game, this might be a good option for them. From my limited playing, it seems quite difficult, as I died fairly quickly in every attempt ... but that is also often par for the course with roguelikes.
