About this game

Roomz is a strange action/adventure game that attempts to duplicate the style of games the author and his friends created in the early 80s. The object of this text-mode game (as far as I can tell) is to collect enough of the ! symbols and get to the exit (a solid block with a dot in it, ASCII char#8). Meanwhile you need to avoid enemies (letters) and collect bombs and other things. Its all a bit mysterious, and intentionally so according to the author in the included docs, who doesnt describe much about how this all works. The view is very limited to a small scrolling window which makes it difficult to navigate the maze-like maps.
