About this game

Monikas Tic Tac Toe is unsurprisingly a Tic Tac Toe game played against a CPU opponent. The author created it for his wife for their first anniversary together. The game plays exactly like youd expect, and you use the mouse to place your Xs against the computer opponent. The docs note that the computer doesnt always play perfectly so you should have a chance to win sometimes. There are no options to set or other modes or anything, its just Tic Tac Toe, with a picture of the authors wife on the side.
