Maxtris

About this game

Maxtris is, at its core, a pretty basic Tetris clone, but it attempts to jazz up the experience through high-res SVGA raytraced graphics and SoundBlaster .MOD music. It plays the same as Tetris: Pieces drop, fit them into horizontal lines to clear them from the well. You do this while listening to some tunes (ex a remix of Korobeiniki, aka the Tetris theme song) and staring at the lovely shapes falling down. Other than the graphics and sounds, its a perfectly decent clone of the original gameplay, but it doesnt add any extra features or options other than disabling the "Next piece" box.
