Girlfriend Construction Set is a bit of a historical artifact; its definitely a product of its time and not politically correct. But overall its not as bad as you might imagine. Its essentially a dating simulator, sort of a caricature of the dating process. You begin by defining the girlfriend you want to date, and then go on various dates of your choice (ex, go to the movies, play strip poker, fly to China for dinner ...) and based on your reactions to the situations presented, your rating with your girlfriend will go up or down. Presented in lovely CGA (with most of the actual game parts being in text mode) this is certainly an oddity but not something youd probably want to play for long. This game is promoted as ADULTS ONLY, although in my brief playthrough I didnt encounter anything NSFW, other than the theme of the game in its entirety, but I guess the ADULTS ONLY part only becomes apparent if you play long enough ...
