Escape from Dr. Colosso is one of many games that use the Pie in the Sky 3D Game Creation System engine. The story involves a mad doctor who has done bad stuff, and now you need to shoot your way out after being freed by a for some reason malevolent executioner. Gameplay involves navigating around different areas and shooting people while collecting items, like ammo refills for your gun which are not automatically applied, you need to select them and use them.
