You can choose from a couple of different scenes, add some Christmas-themed clipart, and then use the included small palette of colors to "color" (flood-fill) the picture in. There are not a lot of options included for the stamps (clip art) that can be added; sure there are Christmas items, but not other pictures that might be used to actually create a Christmas scene.
