Ancient Heroes is a text-mode RPG-ish game where your choices are limited, but such simple gameplay may appeal to some people. There are some graphics in the game (splash screens between levels/areas) but almost the entire game is presented in text-mode. After choosing a character, you must battle other warriors, attempting to learn which attacks work best against them, and buying new equipment and powers with the gold/experience that you earn.
