About this game

Solitaire is a single-player card game played with a standard deck of 52 cards. The most popular version is Klondike Solitaire, but there are many other variations (e.g., Spider Solitaire, FreeCell). Heres a description of Klondike Solitaire: Objective: Arrange all the cards into four foundation piles, sorted by suit and in ascending order (Ace to King). Setup: The game begins with 28 cards dealt into seven piles (called the tableau). The first pile has one card, the second has two, and so on, with the top card of each pile face-up. The remaining cards form the draw pile (stock), which you can go through one at a time or three at a time, depending on the rules. Gameplay: Move cards between tableau piles in descending order and alternating colors (e.g., a red 7 can be placed on a black 8). Reveal face-down cards in the tableau as they become uncovered. Place Aces in the foundation piles and build up to Kings by suit. Winning: The game is won when all cards are moved to the foundation piles in the correct order. Flash Card Game: Flash card games are typically used for educational purposes, such as learning vocabulary, math facts, or other subjects. They involve a set of cards with information on both sides (e.g., a question on one side and the answer on the other). Heres a description of a typical flash card game: Objective: To learn or memorize information by matching questions with answers or terms with definitions. Setup: A set of flash cards is prepared, each with a question, term, or image on one side and the corresponding answer or definition on the other. Gameplay: Players can use the cards individually or in a group setting. One player shows the question or term side of the card, and the other player(s) try to answer correctly. If playing competitively, points can be awarded for correct answers. Variations: Memory Match: Lay the cards face down and take turns flipping two at a time to find matching pairs. Timed Drills: Answer as many cards correctly as possible within a set time limit. Team Play: Compete in teams to answer the most cards correctly.
